Water Aerobics Class Descriptions
Aqua Basic: Low intensity exercise program recommended for beginners, pre & post-natal women, and seniors.
Aqua Circuit: Full body workout with intervals of cardio and strength training.
Aqua Core: Fun filled core strengthening exercises in the water.
Aqua Zumba: Pool Party!!! Cardio-Conditioning & Body-Toning workout that involves stretching, twisting, dancing, and splashing to energetic music.
Aqua Fit: Designed for people with arthritis or severe joint conditions. This class will help decrease pain, increase range of motion, flexibility, and muscle strength.
Aqua Yoga: Mind-body fitness. Combining breathing and body movement with mental focus and balance.
Aqua Cardio: Aquatic exercise is an effective, joint-friendly way to strengthen your cardiovascular system, bone, and joint health while increasing muscle strength.
